It maybe caused by IC chip / terminal defective. Change new IC chip or terminal or other electrical parts will be the solution to this defective situation.

It seems power supply is defective , not system problem. Please check power supply carefully again.

Q : Why the display screen is not full screen, only half screen appear ?

A : Please push LCD monitor OSD to auto adjust resolution. 

To adjust PC board JUMP Address and all function is OK.

Q : Why Z axis positive / negative limit switch keep " ON "  ?

A : There is dust on J1 – SCSI 100Pin connector and circuit short-road. The solution is to dismentle SCSI 100Pin connector , clean and re-solder. Test all function again and confirm all function operate well. 

After inspection, there is some iron dust drop into power supply. The power supply is burn out because iron dust short-road circuit. The solution is to change a new power supply.

Q : Power voltage is not stable and controller can not be power on smoothly?

A :After inspection, the power connector is defective because of inserting improperly. There are few pins of power connector are curved.The solution is to chagne new power connector and test function again. After 168hours non-power off in 50℃ burn-in cabinet, the testing result is OK.

After inspection, it seems external cable assembly wrong connecting and RXX resistor is burn out. The solution is to change new RXX resistor and test again. The test result is OK.

After inspection, it seems some electrical parts with wrong specification. So UXX IC burn out. The solution is to change a new UXX IC and test all functions again. The test result is OK.

Q : Why controller start to alarm Bi-bi sound after power on 5~10min. everytime ?

A : After inspection, there are mistakes in engineering parameter setting.The solution is to correct the parameter setting.  

After inspection, there is oil on the PC board and cause the circuit short-road.The solution is to change a new PC board. Please prevent dust or oil to drop on PC board directly.

Because the cable set is not suitable. Please bundle cable depending on the different identities. It will be good to against noise.

After inspeting, the power cable was broken by mouse biting. The solution is only to change new power cable.

After inspection, the internal of cabinet is covered by heavy dust and oil. The solution is only to clean the dust and oil. Test all function again and system appear normally run.

Because LCD lamp is aging. The solution is only to change new lamps.

After inspecting, the electrical cabinet fan is failure and the cabinet internal temperature become too high.So the monitor can not be operated properly. The solution is only to change cabinet fan and test all function again. All function apprear correct.
